”Say Hi To Medikal For Me” – Sam George Boldly Mocks Sister Derby On Twitter Over LGBTQ+ Bill

Musician and LGBTQ+ activist, Sister Derby, and lawmaker for Ningo-Prampram, Sam George have been exchanging words on twitter following the latter’s championing of a bill that seeks to criminalize LGBTQ+ activities in Ghana.

The bill since yesterday has got social media talking with some Ghanaians in support whule others disagree.

In a tweet, Sam George expressed contentment with the bill noting that he’s happy with the support it has received so far.

According to him, homosexuality is not a human right and cannot be entertained in Ghana.

However, Sister Derby, who is also a LGBTQ advocate, tweeted back, calling the legislator a backward thinker.

“You are only doing this to score political points forgetting the harm you are causing queer folk. Tell us what else you will personally gain from passing this bill if not political points??? Shame on you!” Sister Derby replied to Sam George’s tweet.

In another tweet, she wrote “You are rather full of perversion. So obsessed with people’s sexual orientation. Shame on you, you backward thinker!!!”

In a clap back, Sam George wrote: “Hopefully, when you figure out what genre of music you can succeed at, we can have a forward looking conversation. Until then, say hi to @AmgMedikal for me. Cheers,.”

Sister Derby replied saying the lawmaker is endangering the lives of Ghanaians with the bill; adding that she considers herself more successful than him.

“Just by fighting for Ghanaians whose lives YOU are endangering, I consider myself far more successful than you.”

18+ Photo: A Man L!cks A Woman On Live TV - Is The NCA Aware Of This On TV

Sexual immorality is gradually becoming a norm on our television screens mostly at night from 10 pm onwards and it seems the National Media Commission is not aware of it.

it’s not new any longer as the outrage of immorality continues to be exhibited in music videos, both hip-pop, highlife and interestingly gospel. Ghana is gradually turning into something else as several uncultured behaviours find their way on our screens.

Thus cancer has descended to even our high schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and various colleges, and even at the seat of government.

Hence, it is not a surprise to see this on televisions in Ghana in recent times designed in a way that is believed to be made for only couples. The issue here is, televisions are everywhere now and children of age six (6) even own tv n their rooms now. How can a parent regulate it then if the child turns to watch such a programme at night.

Ghanaians institutions like the NDC, NMC and others are weak ad full of lazy workers who are blind to progress and commitment.

The National Mass Media Commission is a Government of Ghana agency mandated with the responsibility of registering, regulating and monitoring the activities of media houses in Ghana.

Do they work at all?

Dr UN impregnates His 17-Year-Old Sister

Matilda, a 17-year-old SHS student, revealed in an exclusive interview with Ghpage TV how Kwame Fordjour aka Dr UN impregnated her and refused to accept responsibility.

According to her, she had gone out to enjoy herself with her friends at a joint, and it was there that she met Dr UN, who was popular at the time after giving out a phony award.

He expressed his desire to begin a relationship with her and take it further by marrying her, to which she agreed, and they both began dating.

Matilda told Rashad of GhPage TV that they started meeting in hotels and restaurants to eat and have fun whenever he comes to Kumasi because he had told her he stayed in Accra and only comes to Kumasi when he has a business to take care off.

Fast forward, three months ago she noticed she had missed her period, took a pregnancy test and the result came in as positive.

She called Dr UN to inform him of the situation, but he told her he was busy and was working on his new song, so he needed his peace of mind and later started avoiding her and her calls.

The 17-year-old went on to say that Dr. UN later called her and told her to come see her, so they could go see his doctor for an abortion, but she declined that option.

A video recording shared with GhanaCNN shows Dr. UN meeting with Matilda and her sister, who were attempting to settle the dispute amicably.

When he found out about the pregnancy, he denied it, claiming that Matilda was lying.

Matilda stated in the interview that the only thing she wants from Dr. UN is for her to accept responsibility for the pregnancy because she does not want her child to be labeled a bastard if she gives birth.
