Another Sad News Hits John Mahama And The Camp Of NDC Over Election Petition

Tsatsu Tsikata, who appointed the 9-member bench of the Supreme Court to hear an application for review lodged by the petitioner’s counsel, once again voted to dismiss the application unanimously.

After more than 30 minutes of passionate advocacy in which he also quoted from Prophet Hosea’s novel, Mr. Tsikata called on the court to rule on what he called a fundamental ruling in his earlier ruling, with his conscience and judicial oath, not to allow the petitioner to reopen his case and subpoena the EC Chair.

Counsel for the 1st and 2nd respondents have argued passionately against Mr Tsikata’s position that the appeal should be rejected because it was merely a misuse of court proceedings.

After considering their decision, the Court again rejected the appeal in a detailed ruling read by the Chief Justice of his lordship, Kwasi Anin Yeboah.

The Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Benard Antwi Boasiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi has called on US President, Joe Biden to show his love for homosexuals by sending a plane to the country to fly all of them to America.

According to him, America is big enough to contain all homosexuals residing in Ghana and therefore if Biden is much concerned about them he could rather come for them.

Speaking on Wontumi FM, he indicated that Ghana and other African countries rather need aid to champion their development agenda instead of mounting pressure to legalize and recognise homosexuals.

Better Stop Them Before The Disgrace You-Afia Pokua Vim Lady Warns Akufo-Addo

The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, ordered the Auditor General of Ghana, Daniel Yao Domelevo, to take the 167 days of leave he had accrued.

He had, however, been content with his leave until the Audit Service Board questioned his retirement date and nationality.

Daniel Yao Domelevo is a Togolese who was born on June 1, 1960, according to the Audit Service Board.

As a result, the Auditor General was set to step down on June 1, 2020.

However, Afia Pokuwaa, better known as Vhim Lady, a well-known television and radio hostess, has expressed her displeasure with the Audit Service Board’s deliberate machiavellian tactics in removing Daniel Yao Domelevo from his position.

She believes that the Audit Service Board, led by Professor Edward Dua Agyeman, should do the right thing and leave the Auditor General alone, despite their efforts to uncover flaws in Domelevo’s records.

He urged Ghana’s President to summon the Audit Service’s board of directors if they do not resolve their legal dispute with Daniel Yao Domelevo amicably.
