NPP Party Executives Will Be Very Angry After Hearing This Message From Chairman Wontumi

Chairman Wontumi, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Ashanti Regional Chairman, has stated that no one in the party’s ranks has the power to remove him from his seat.

The politician claims that he is confident in his ability to keep his job, and that his sole attention is on assisting the party in breaking the eight-year Presidential jinx, dubbed “the loop of 8.”

“Everything I can say is that I am glad all these people want to contest for my role and learn from me,” he said in response to reports of several people vying for his job. We were in opposition when I took over the job, and it was a difficult time, but with God’s help, we were able to transition from opposition to power.

We offer thanks to God if they claim they want to learn from me and take over. I have a goal in mind: to win the election in 2024. I’m not looking for a job, but I do want us to break the jinx in 2024, because that is the only way Ghana can continue to develop and grow.”

Chairman Wontumi said this in an interview with Don Kwabena Prah on Happy98.9FM’s Epa Hoa Daben political talk show.

His rivals are aware that they will not be able to usurp the chairmanship from him on his own terms. “I am ecstatic that they want to compete against me. All of my competitors were once my supporters, and while I will continue to pray for them, they will not be taking my place.”

“If you helped me win back then, why change now?” he asked, adding that political parties survive with the support and unity of all their members.

Chairman Wontumi claims that he is young, resourceful, and ideally suited for the role of NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman.

The NPP’s upcoming Regional Congress, during which executives will be elected to lead the party’s affairs in the Ashanti Region, promises to be a hotly contested event.

According to the Chronicle newspaper, four names have arisen in addition to the current Regional Chairman, Bernard Antwi Bosiako.

Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Ejisu and Deputy Minister of Roads and Highways Kwabena Owusu Aduomi, Dr. Boris Baidoo, Chief Executive Officer of Boris B Farms and Veterinary Services, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, Afigya Kwabre South Constituency Chairman, and Eric Nana Agyemang Prempeh, Director General of NADMO are all interested in the seat.

Abigail Reportedly Killed By His Husband For 'Sika Duro'

According to information we have received, a 24-year-old man allegedly assassinated his wife for money rituals.

Ghana is gradually becoming the Biblical Sodom and Gomorrah, with wickedness taking over everywhere in the country, all in the name of money.

Just as previous cases of men murdering their girlfriends for cheating on them are still being investigated by police, here comes another.

This disgusting incident happened at Onakwase, a community in the Ayensua District of the Eastern region.

According to reports from mybrytfmonline.com, the suspected young man identified as Isaac, had a little misunderstanding with Abigail Larbi, the deceased wife. Abigail then left the house alongside with her two children to her mother’s place.

Weeks later, Isaac succeeded in persuading Abigail to come to his place as a way of hanging out with her. The deceased was not found since then until her mutilated body was discovered at a dumping site in the community.

As a proof that the suspect used the deceased for money rituals, it is said that the tongue, vagina, breast and even the head of the deceased were removed by the suspect.

Investigation is under way by the Eastern regional police command.
